Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask DigitalKeyPro to delete your account and the personal information stored in it at any time. This includes accounts created with email, Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Open our contact page and send us a message with the subject "Delete my data".

2. Use the email address of your DigitalKeyPro account, so we can confirm the request is yours. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, use the email address of that account.

3. We will delete your account, your saved addresses and phone number, and the order history stored in your account, and confirm by email.

What we may keep

We may keep records that the law requires us to retain, such as payment and invoice records for accounting. Payment records are held by Whop, which processes our payments.
