This Privacy Policy explains what personal information DigitalKeyPro ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, create an account, or buy from us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We never see your Google or Facebook password.

Profile details you add. Phone number and saved delivery addresses, if you choose to add them in your account.

Order information. The products you buy, the order total and date, and the email address used for the order, so that we can deliver your digital product and provide support.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Whop. Your card or other payment details are entered into the payment form provided by Whop and are not stored by us.

Technical information. Basic device and usage data, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, and small files (cookies or local storage) that keep you signed in, remember your selected currency and keep your cart.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, show prices in your chosen currency, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign in with Facebook or Google

If you choose to sign in with Facebook or Google, we use the name and email address provided to create or access your account. You can stop using that sign-in at any time by deleting your account (see below).

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Whop (payments, checkout and order records), Google Firebase (account sign-in and storage of your account details), and our hosting provider. They process your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is active. Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your phone number and addresses in your account. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, including deleting your account, by contacting us through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Data deletion

To delete your account and the personal data stored in it, send a request through our contact page from the email address of your account. We will delete your account data, except records we must keep by law.

Security

We use industry-standard protections, and your connection to this site is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
